1. 01Under 18? A parent or guardian books and stays.
2. 02Deposits hold your spot and come off your total. The basic deposit is non-refundable and includes 1 free reschedule.
3. 03Cancel or move at least 72 hours before your appointment. Later than that, or a no-show, forfeits what you paid.
4. 04Running more than 15 minutes late may shorten your appointment.

6. 06Free touch-up within 7 days if a braid slips.
7. 07Come with your hair washed, detangled and blow-dried, with no heavy product in it — unless you booked a wash.
8. 08Hair isn’t included unless you add it. Bringing your own? Pre-stretched, and I’ll tell you how many packs.
9. 09It’s a long sit. Bring a charger, a snack and something to watch.

1. 01Sleep in a satin bonnet or scarf every night.
2. 02Oil your scalp lightly 2–3× a week — the scalp, not the braids.
3. 03Mousse the length once a week to keep frizz down.
4. 04Wash every 1–2 weeks with diluted shampoo, focus on the scalp, and dry them all the way.
5. 05Take them out by 6–8 weeks. Longer and new growth starts to mat at the root.

Not unless you add it when you book. Bringing your own? Pre-stretched — I’ll tell you how many packs for your style.

How should my hair be when I come?

Washed, detangled and blow-dried, with no heavy product. If that’s a lot, add a wash and I’ll do it.

How do deposits work?

A $35 deposit holds your seat and comes off your total.
